Best of luck. But...
_Never_ put all your eggs in one basket (YouTube isn't exactly perfect for musicians). Check out some additional sites where other artists who publish similar works upload their content. Then create accounts in those places as well. That way, even if some of the other places are not to your liking, you will still have alternatives.
Also: Don't delete your NG account. Not to sound too smug, but artist have a tendency to come back here. Nobody will be bitter about you coming back, but having an account that's already neatly set up and wasn't created yesterday will always be a plus.
